ARIZONA ADVENTURE THEATER presents the GAMBEL OAK READING SERIES: INSTALLATION 01

The Gambel Oak Reading Series got off to an excellent start last night when it presented it's first experiment: curated scenes from The Glass Menagerie and Under A Mantle of Stars, under the direction of Katie King and Jim Dugan.  It took place at the Canyon Vista Trail, here in Flagstaff.

The Arizona Adventure Theater is Flagstaff's community driven site-specific installation theater initiative.  Combining theatrical literature and environmental enthusiast communities together to provide an enriching and rare live performance experience.

SEDONA CREATIVE LIFE CENTER

We saw a wonderful concert at the Sedona Creative Life Center last night.

Nikola Djurica (Clarinetist), David Ehrlich (Violinist), Theresa Ehrlich (Pianist), Thomas Landschoot (Cellist), Steven Moeckel (Violinist), and Nokuthula Ngwenyama (Violinist, Violist) played "Classical Meets Jazz." The performance was part of the Red Rocks Music Festival.

 An added bonus was the lovely steeple of the Creative Life Center's chapel, seen above.

Lots of great musicians came out last night to perform at the Orpheum and support Radio Free Flagstaff.   Ray Reeves, Andrew Scully and Brad Bays, Antara Hunter, Rob Dutton and Tom Taylor, Bon Fiction and the Prowlers treated us to a full evening of Bob Dylan tunes.  Pictured above, members of Bon Fiction in action!
